Eric Prabowo or better known as Eric KHM, is a 22-year-old young man who is still undergoing general medical studies. He also has a great passion for food, whether it is culinary art, food development, food analyst, food science, and food industry.

His passion took him deeper into the culinary world. Aside of college, he also works as a private chef, food stylist, and F&B Consultant for restaurants. He has done some activities such as internship and made some projects with communities, restaurants, and companies engaged in food and beverages such as ACMI, WE-Indonesia, Sababay Winery, NUSA Gastronomy, Locavore Bali, Arumdalu Private Resort, Kosenda Group, etc

Nowadays, Eric is the chairman of the ACMI MUDA, the community under ACMI ID (Aku Cinta Makanan Indonesia) which accommodates young people to know, learn and share about Indonesian cultures and foods.

His passion for Indonesian food made him determined to develop and elevate Indonesian food using science into better, beautiful, and well-known food for many people, both domestically and internationally, for culinary diplomacy. Eric's greatest goal is to create a group that is engaged in health and food from all aspects.
